Effective 20 September 2026
Terms of Use
These terms set the ground rules for using Yapito. They are designed to protect users, creators, and the service without claiming rights to your work.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Yapito. By using Yapito, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Yapito for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for access through your Google account and for activity under your Yapito session. Do not share or transfer access. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict access to protect users or the service.
3. Your content and generated output
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support Yapito. As between you and Yapito and to the extent law permits, you own generated output. This does not guarantee that output is unique, protectable, or free of third-party rights; similar output may be produced for others.
You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit content and instruct us to process it. Do not submit confidential information or personal data about another person unless you are authorized and have given required notices.
4. AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or misleading. You must review output before use and remain responsible for what you publish. Yapito is not a substitute for professional advice and may not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Yapito to:
- break the law, violate rights, deceive, defraud, harass, or exploit people;
- create sexual content involving minors or facilitate child exploitation;
- generate malware, evade safeguards, disrupt systems, or gain unauthorized access;
- impersonate others or create deceptive synthetic media without appropriate disclosure;
- scrape, resell, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits on the service; or
- use output where errors could foreseeably cause serious harm without qualified human review.
6. Service changes and suspension
The service may evolve, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or conduct that could harm others. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export content. You may stop using the service and delete account data at any time through Privacy Controls.
7. Third-party services
Yapito relies on providers including Google, Vercel, Supabase, and DeepSeek. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but this does not reduce rights you cannot lawfully waive.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yapito is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted service or accurate output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will receive reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you disagree, stop using Yapito and delete your account. Questions may be submitted through Privacy Controls.
