How to use the AI script studio

  1. Step 1

    Choose your starting point

Select Write from an idea for a new draft, or Improve a script to work on text you already have. Include who the video is for and the one thing you want viewers to remember.

  2. Step 2

    Set your platform and tone

Choose Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn. Describe your voice, such as clear and conversational. When improving a script, add a specific goal: tighten the opening, simplify the explanation, or make the call to action more natural.

  3. Step 3

Generate, review, and make it yours

Sign in with Google to generate your draft. Review the title, hook, spoken script, and call to action. Check facts, add your own examples, and read it aloud before recording. AI output is a starting point that needs your judgment.

From a rough idea to a script structure

This editorial example shows the kind of brief you can enter and how to structure the result. It is an illustration, not a live generation; your output will vary with your input.

Example brief

“An Instagram video for creators who get stuck writing their first line. Show how starting with a question from the audience makes it easier to choose a topic. Keep the tone encouraging and conversational.”

A useful brief names the audience, the problem, and a takeaway. Include details you know firsthand so the final script can reflect your experience.

Example script

Title
Your next video starts with a question
Hook
Stuck on your first line? Start with the last question someone asked you.
Spoken script
Look through your comments or messages and pick one question you can answer from experience. Write the answer as if you were talking to that person. Add one example, then remove anything that doesn't help explain it. Now you have a focused idea to record.
Call to action
What question does your audience keep asking? Use that for your next draft.

Before you generate a video script

Do I need an account?

You can explore the studio and prepare a brief without signing in. Generating or improving a script requires Google sign-in. Usage limits apply; the studio shows a message if you reach your limit.

What should I put in the brief?

Name the audience, the question you want to answer, and one takeaway. Include a real example and any facts the script must preserve. The video script template includes a downloadable worksheet and complete examples.

Can I rewrite a script I already have?

Yes. Choose Improve a script and paste your draft. Explain what to change, such as shortening the opening or making the tone more conversational. State which examples or facts should stay, then review the revision before recording. See the script editing examples and checklist for a complete before-and-after revision.

Does Yapito create the finished video?

The script studio produces written material: a title, hook, spoken script, and call to action. You record and edit the video using your own production tools. Read the script aloud to check its timing and adjust it to your delivery.
